1:1 isn’t inherently the best power to weight ratio for any reason. A 1:1 ratio, or better, of power to weight is just really impressive.

Price is beyond insane but to be honest I love most details. Owner's taste seems to be great. BTW: I'm also collecting modelcars. 😂 My biggest letdowns: No underground garage (we've seen it on The Palm in less than half priced mansions), only one sink vanity in master bathroom (no his-and-hers??) and no balcony/terrace for backfacing bedrooms. Absolute deal-breakers for me, even with a realistic price tag! 😒

Beautiful home with an amazing eye for detail! Let’s get honest about the price….yes, things in Dubai are expensive. If you’re spending 135 mil on a house, I’ve never seen one in this range that was only 9k sq ft. Even in land scarce NYC. Realistically, this means the house should be closer to 70 mil, or be almost twice the sq ft for its listed price.

Hope the floods in Dubai didn’t negatively impact your journey this time. I appreciate all the hard work and effort put in your videos though, as always :)

It's a nice house, but not worth 135 million. Views on a bridge in front of the house, no private beach, no entry to the seawater, neighbours very very close, no long private driveway, not even a front yard. But the house is nice. Worth around 35 million.
